Super Agent INVASEP 007 !!
»»» Volver a la página principal
Invasive species live among us, in rivers, forests, ponds, meadows … But they hide themselves among native species, so we cannot find them! That is why we need you to tell us where they are!

Become a Super Agent INVASEP 007 and be the first one to tell us where invasive species hide!
If you see any invasive species in your town, village, or in the countryside, let us know! The Super Agent finding the greater number of exotic species each year will be awarded with a very cool prize for him/her and family!! (free tickets to Warner Bros Theme Park, or the Zoo in Madrid; or to any multi-adventure camps in Jerte).

If you want to know what the species we are looking for are, click here.

At the INVASEP Club, we know that many of you have slider turtles! But some don't have enough room to have them, because they have grown really relly big!, or maybe you don't have enough time to take care of them.
It's very important that you DON'T release them into rivers or ponds!!!!!
Slider turtles might cause severe damage to our native aquatic turtles (European and Spanish Pond Turtles) by displacing them, and making their population decrease.
We will give a nice LIFE+ INVASEP Project t-shirt to all those who bring their turtle!!!

Did you know that exotic pets come from far away coutries?? Well, yes. There is a very different climate and food where they come from; and they were surrounded by various sceneries that have nothing to do with our landscapes. That is why we should take care of our pets, and make them feel at home.

Our friends, the VETS, will tell us what our pets' needs are, the food that may suit them better, how their new home should be; and they will also let us know what diseases they might suffer, so we can easily identify them and take our animals to the vet as soon as possible.
Take care of your exotic pet!!!
DON'T FORGET!!  DON'T RELEASE YOUR PET INTO NATURE!! If you cannot take care of it any more, call the number  924 930 103.
Call the number 924 930 103 or send an e-mail to invasep@gmail.com
In order to avoid this, we thought that you could give you turtle to the LIFE+ INVASEP Project staff when they visit your school. They will pick it up, and take it to a specialized centre where they will find a new owner for it. You only need to bring it in a little box! (NO aparece en la página web).
